Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment; Michelin star preferred. Must be a strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to lead and mentor a dynamic culinary team. The Executive Chef will have a very visible presence in the community and must have strong communication skills. Experience in successfully developing and opening a new concept restaurant is preferred. Thorough knowledge of food and labor control costs necessary. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, that foster an effective positive working environment. ServSafe Certification needed.
