Nourish is currently looking for an Senior Area General Manager - Area Support  for our ever-growing business. This position will oversee the execution of our customer\u2019s critical infrastructure focusing on support to lead our top team of professionals at Waymo. The preferred candidate will have experience in hospitality operations at an executive level managing multiple services and locations. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and client.
 
Senior Area General Manager plays a vital role in the health and longevity of Nourish's Waymo account, this individual will report to the National Account Director and will effectively be the operational epicenter for the main Waymo headquarters, as well as helping to support the Spoke/Depot MicroKitchens located throughout Northern California. 
 
The expectations for this role are of operational excellence, astute financial acumen, and above all - a positive \can do\ attitude. This is a dynamic program, with discerning clientele and high expectations. A successful candidate will remain composed in times of shifting priorities, master the art of project/time management, and apply creative solutioning to any challenges. This individual is expected to offer clear and consistent verbal and written communication to all stakeholders, provide exemplary leadership skills to all unit managers and line associates (\lead by example\), and maintain an active pulse on the health status of all Northern California units within the account portfolio. 
 
The ideal candidate will have:

Strong hospitality experience including solid financial acumen
Excellent multi-tasking skills to juggle different tasks and accounts at one time
Ability to build and mentor a solid team who share same level commitment and passion for hospitality: quality presentation, customer service, professionalism
Skilled at multi-task and delegating  and utilizing a systems-based approach to meet each clients time-lines/specifications and quality of product
Strong writing, costing, menu development and pricing skills
A valid driver\u2019s license is required for this position  

Job Responsibilities include:

Manage all service staff, supervisors, and on site managers.
Project manage all new client launches, load ins, permitting, decor, staffing and recruitment
Manage on site inventory decisions and coordinate with transportation and logistics team to make sure daily pars are properly set and met
Work with finance to ensure that all client billing for service labor, equipment rentals, delivery fees, and product consumption is accurate at the end of each month
Manage all event catering services for clients. Administrate BEOs in CaterTrax and coordinate staffing and billing for events
Manage all items and clients in 12Pay. Monitor all customer feedback, and coordinate with related teams to resolve any issues as they arise

Position Summary
Functions as the in-unit leader for multiple accounts and/or contracts within a defined geography. Single point of contact and/or client liaison in support of a multi-site.Key Duties- Monitors operations by planned and unplanned visits to each operating account of the system to plan projects, implement new processes, client interactions, and new technology to ensure sufficient resources.
-  Develops business plan and budget w/each account GM that supports the System and District goals \u2013 Reviews and analyzes financial statements and data and other financial information to ensure attainment of financial goals for both the client and Sodexo.
-  Central Point of Contact for Client Liaison promoting a solid business partnership - assists in contract negotiations for the system.
-  Maintains Quality & Company Standards \u2013 reviews and maintains reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Sodexo / System Client(s) policies and procedures.
- Responsible for system succession planning/employee development/diversity initiatives/training/constructive counseling. Promotes and supports workplace diversity initiatives.
-  Provides strategic leadership to the respective units within the system to maintain client satisfaction and retention
