U.S. appeals court denies Apple in Samsung patent fight

Apple must be feeling quite disappointed after the appeals court rejected its plea to revive the iPhone maker’s bid for a sales ban on Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus smartphone. While Apple had requested the court to revisit a decision made by it in October, the court did not find any valid reason to do so. Interestingly, the legal fight follows a $1.05bn verdict won by Apple against Samsung last year.
