The successful associate will be responsible for achieving Food & Beverage revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by managing the suites culinary department for a world class sports venue. Create an environment for employees aligned with the company culture through constant communication and reinforcement.
Oversees all aspects of food production for all Suites at TD Garden.
Actively participates in event operations to assure quality and consistency in a high-volume operation
Manages staff to include scheduling, training, development and performance evaluations Implements sanitation procedures
Maintains inventory control, budgeted profits and report generation
Will develop creative menus and specialty items.
Other assignments as necessary.
Three years Culinary Arts experience including previous as a restaurant chef in a high volume operation and has expediting skills. Must have experience supervising personnel. Knowledge of restaurant operations including casual and fine dining
Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and ServSafe Certification Preferred.
Familiar with monitoring of food and labor cost, menu development and costing. Familiar with ordering and inventory procedures
Strong organizational, communication and PC skills.
