Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef
For close to 35 years, we’ve been steadily growing across the country. What started on the West Coast now has hundreds of stores across the United States. We aim to provide a high-energy environment for our guests and give back to the communities where we’re located. Our menu has expanded over the years to adapt to our customers tastes, including vegetarian and gluten free menu items.
We are a growing full service chain with a hot opportunity for a Senior Kitchen Manager in the Irvine area! We're experiencing an explosive growth phase; with 15 restaurants set to open in the next 12 months, the room for advancement with this company is unlimited. We have also been recently honored by Nation's Restaurant News as one of the 5 fastest growing chains in the country. We're looking for a Manager with an upbeat personality and strong work ethic.
REQUIREMENTS
3 years of current Full Service Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Management experience
High volume background; must have KM experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
