Produces high quality foods consistently to the assigned menu in accordance to all food safety standards.
: High School diploma or equivalent. Two years experience in quantity food production.
: Fours years experience in hospital food production.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of HCA's and St. David's Patients First safety initiative by strict compliance to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Quantity food preparation skills.
• Ability to read & follow recipes.
• Basic sanitation skills.
• Food safety knowledge.
