is located in the beautiful St. Augustine area. We are a skilled nursing home facility where we take pride in our residents' care.
We are looking for a full time Kitchen Manager for our 120 bed facility
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Kitchen Manager with at least 2 years experience in a long term care environment desired. Must have previous supervisory experience in a dietary setting. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in order to maintain inventory and ordering.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with menu and diet preferences and established portion control procedures; ensure proper storage of raw and leftover foods; inspect and maintain
storage rooms, utility rooms and other areas of the dietary department. Will also be in charge of dietary personnel, inventory, safety and sanitation functions along with maintaining a dietary budget.
