Position Summary Information
Production responsibilties to include utilizing all kitchen equipment properly to ensure a quality product is produced. Use standardized recipes and generally accepted cooking methods.
Strict attention is given to product quality, portion control and temperature maintenance.
*High School Diploma or
*Minimum 2 years cooking experience
*Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
*Minimum 2 years cooking experience in large scale institutional or high volume food service operation.
*Food safty certified
