Essential Job Duties
Assist in food preparation, production, or cooking.
Involves breading, frying and assembly of food items.
Clean specific work area and the common kitchen.
Stocking of work area.

Minimum Experience/Education
Departmental Required Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers and customers.
Maintain Grade A sanitation rating of 95% or better.
Provide exemplary customer service to every guest.
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
Prefer high school diploma.
Prefer six months previous food service experience in a high volume fast food restaurant
One to two years experience in a Chick-fil-A unit is highly preferred.
