The ideal\ncandidate has: a Culinary Degree/Trade School Certificate, HACCP\nknowledge preferred, a high volume food production background,\npurchasing experience, the ability to analyze revenue streams and cost\ncenters and experience with inventory management. Position will plan\nand cost out menus keeping current with industry trends and diverse\ncuisines. Best qualified candidate possesses excellent leadership and\ncommunication skills and will be hands on during functions where\nposition will interface with the client and customers on a regular\nbasis. The successful candidate has managed others.

Supervises cooks and oversees the preparation, portioning,\ngarnishing, and storage of food. Estimates food consumption and\npurchases food. May assist in cooking and preparing food as necessary.\nResponsible for maintaining kitchen and storage facilities in sanitary\ncondition. Responsible for cash management. Interacts with\nclient/customers on a regular basis. This position is the leader for\nan account/unit chef/production group. This position is in smaller\naccounts/units where there is not a Chef or Food Production Manager.\nReports to GM.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Education\nRequirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic\nManagement Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year\nwork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants,\nfast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall\nfood courts, etc.
