The Chef Manager\nwill oversee the production of retail dining location as well as\nanother location on campus. The Chef Manager will be responsible for\nall culinary aspects of the Catering Department. The ideal candidate\nwill have experince as a catering chef, solid computer skills and\nexperience doing ordering on line.

Supervises cooks and oversees the preparation, portioning,\ngarnishing, and storage of food. Estimates food consumption and\npurchases food. May assist in cooking and preparing food as necessary.\nResponsible for maintaining kitchen and storage facilities in sanitary\ncondition. Responsible for cash management. Interacts with\nclient/customers on a regular basis. This position is the leader for\nan account/unit chef/production group. This position is in smaller\naccounts/units where there is not a Chef or Food Production Manager.\nReports to GM.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Education\nRequirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic\nManagement Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year\nwork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants,\nfast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall\nfood courts, etc.
