The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food orders in accordance with customer requests and internal company standards. Previous experience in a line cook role within a midscale restaurant operation is required. Preference given to candidates with previous hotel cooking experience. Previous hotel banquet culinary experience highly preferred.
This position will have a varied schedule, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays, as this position is scheduled based on business levels.
