Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. My Client is looking for a hands on Culinary manager that is has the following skills: Excellent at training and staff development Experience with vendor relationships / purchasing / inventories / labor scheduling New menu development Management of culinary managers Controlling labor, food cost, & supplies.
