It is known worldwide for its innovative research and teaching, and provides ongoing care for more than 17,000 children each year.
This position is responsible for the preparation of patient's meals, short order cooking and serving for the cafeteria at lunch and dinner.
Qualified candidates must possess a High school degree or equivalent with a minimum one year experience in food preparation in cafeteria or hospital food service required. Certificate in a registered culinary arts school required with a major in food preparation preferred. Must be a registered food service manager with the City of Dallas. Experience in food preparation for therapeutic diets very beneficial.
