Essential Job Duties
Follow lead cook directions. Includes preparation work of ingredients for recipes and production of food items according to the recipe. Clean up and organize work station. Work on Breakfast To Order and Lunch To Order grill station. Maintain proper storage and labeling of all foods.

Departmental Required Skills
Provide exemplary customer service to every guest.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, supervisors and peers.
Maintain Grade A sanitation rating of 95% or better.
Must be able to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
Work well in a team.
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
Two or more years in full service restaurant or of large volume institutional prep cook experience.
Culinary degree or culinary training.
Strong work ethic and previous job stability.
