We are currently accepting resumes for a Product Development Chef
for our headquarters in Beaverton, OR.
Essential functions include:
Develops, reviews, and establishes new or revised formulations and specifications.
Develops ongoing relationships with key customers.
Assists management in educating and promoting culinary science to the corporation.
Optimizes and enhances the flavor, texture, and appearance of new products and existing products.
Presents new or revised product formulation to management.
Documents and maintains records of product recipes.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Successful candidates will have:
3-5 years’ experience as an R&D Chef is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Culinary Degree is preferred.
Knowledge of food and safety regulations.
Basic PC skills are required.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
