Wednesday : 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Your Position Will Include The Following Objectives
Prepares and cooks to order foods requiring short preparation time.
Reads food recipes and/ or prodution menus to ensure food quality and quantity following **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. rules and regulatory policies.
Typically performs cooking duties to include pizza, pasta, and made to order entrees for service to customers.
Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, and preparation of food items.
Prepares food by operating a variety of kitchen equipment.
Follows all HACCP guidelines including, but not limited to, temp logs for food preparation, holding, and storage.
Tastes products, reads menus, estimates food requirements, checks production, keeps records in order to accurately plan production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment.
May assist with selection of recipes per cycle, receive and maintain daily and weekly inventory, move and lift foods and supplies, and prepare meals as needed for customers requiring special dietary needs.
Must keep a clean, sanitized, and organized work station following **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. regulatory rules and procedures.
May assist fellow employees in daily responsibilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Typical Knowledge And Skills
Learns and applies procedures and processes to meet the requirements for the position. Focuses primarily on own area of specialty. Considerable working knowledge of food preparation. Requires knowledge of all kitchen equipment. Must have good communication skills with customes, Unit Chef, as well as other staff members and Management.
Working Conditions are in a kitchen environment that is adequately lighted and vented. You will be required to perform the job duties with long periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying, lifting supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds.
