of Restaurant Management for our NEW STORE OPENING
in Birmingham! This person should have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
4 years of current Upscale Casual Dining Restaurant General Manager experience (GM Candidates)
4 years of current Upscale Casual Dining Executive Chef experience (EC Candidates)
2 years of current Upscale Casual Dining Sous Chef experience (SC Candidates)
2 years of current Upscale Casual Dining Kitchen/BOH Management experience (KM Candidates)
2 years of current Upscale Casual Dining Management experience (Manager Candidates)
High Volume Background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
Experience maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
Strong communication and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community

2-3 years (current) salaried Restaurant Management experience.
Stable employment history (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)
Strong work ethic; after all we are in the restaurant business which requires a 50-55 hour work week.
