We're currently looking for a Wok Chef at our Manhattan location. This person should be passionate about culinary arts and have a strong work ethic.
5 years of current Upscale/Fine Dining Sous/Wok Chef experience
High volume NYC background; must have Sous/Wok Chef experience in restaurants doing at least $8 million in volume per year
A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous six years
Hands-on with hiring, training, and development of BOH hourly employees
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality and hygiene
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of ALL
State & Federal Health/Safety laws
