Campus Services\nis seeking an Executive Chef 2 for a new sale in Daytona Beach, FL. \nThis account hs potential for additional growth with first year\nprojection of $3.5M. Operations consist of a large residential\noperation, retail and catering. Key portion of this position is\nworking with the client and student groups to develop Global as well\nas Gourmet menus for special functions. Ideal candidate is able to\ncommunicate well with clients, customers and employees, has computer\nskills, food costing abilities, and catering menu building skills. \nKnowledge of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. systems FMS, Market Connection, and Retail Pricing\nModule a plus.

-\ncollege/university culinary and culinary management experience,
- \nhigh end culinary program experience,
- a culinary degree,
-\nexcellent management skills,
- experience with food and labor\nmanagement systems,
- experience with on line ordering,
- extensive\nculinary experience with high volume catering,
- experience training\nand leading a culinary staff

POSITION SUMMARY:
Designs, supervises,\ncoordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen\npersonnel in a medium to large account. This position is recognized as\nthe technical expert, teacher and trainer for other chefs and cooks\nwithin the account. Selects and develops recipes and other items for\nclients. Develops menu, implements and trains HACCP,\noversees/purchases food, establishes production levels and inventory\ncontrols, interviews and hires new chefs, manages/controls food cost\nissues and offer solutions, may train other chefs outside account. May\ncook selected items, and plan or price menus. Typically has chefs and\ncooks reporting to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS &\nREQUIREMENTS:

Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or\nVocational School Degree

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic\nFunctional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary\nservices including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services,\ninstitutional services, mall food courts, etc.
