As a full-time Head Baker, you will hold ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the production operation of the bakery.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years experience as a head baker for a high volume bakery/catering establishment
Must have advanced knowledge with a strong creative back ground
Candidate must be a creative thinker, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
A passion for food and service must be evident
Demonstrates leadership among the bakery team, maintaining a professional, efficient bakery in an environment that can often be very busy and fast paced.
Filling in when short staffed and working long days if necessary to make sure that our production requirements are always met
Must be available to work Monday thru Saturday

Part-Time Event Chef (Send Resume)
Minimum 1 years off-site catering experience.
Short Plate Appetizers.
Preperation of entrees, dish ups, and salad experience.
Weekends a must.
Experienced Event Captain
Event Captains are experienced and the finest of event servers. This role leads other servers by coaching, giving direction, and training.
They are responsible for making the function space visually appealing including linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.
Other duties include general banquet preparations and maintaining a sanitary environment.
Requires physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Experience and thorough understanding of event service
Requires leadership experience and flexible hours.
Minimum 21 years of age
Great Customer Service skills
Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Strong knowledge and Enforcement of ABC laws
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Serving Event Staff
Banquets/Server experience preferred.
Knowledge of set-up and break down of banquet functions a plus.
Able to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and customer service skills a must.
