The chef of Cantina Feliz in Fort Washington and LaCalaca Feliz in Fairmount, Tim Spinner will cook roasted suckling pig, the awesome corn dish ? esquites, borracho beans and salsa verde for fans who have access to the Lexus club buffet at the Wells Fargo Center for the Clippers game. The pigs will be brined and roasted at Cantina Feliz and will be finished at the center. Tim Spinner will also help in serving the buffet that night.
